Saint
Mary’s Parish has supported Catholic school education dating back to 1872.
Our present school building was built in 1949. Joint efforts of Saint
Mary’s and Holy Trinity formed Catholic Central Primary and Middle schools
that took place in 1971. In 1978, all classes consolidated into Saint
Mary’s
Catholic
School
after its renovation that year.
The Franciscan Sisters were a strong influence at Saint Mary’s while the
Providence Sisters staffed Holy Trinity. Saint Mary’s School has a rich
history in educating children of the past, and we have a vision to provide
opportunities for the future.
