The Museum of Science and Industry is located in Chicago, Illinois. It has many different exhibits including; the Coal Mine Exhibit, Colleen Moore's Fairy castle, Farm Tech Exhibit, Genetics and the Baby Chick Hatchery, and the Omnimax Theater. All of these exhibits have been created with devotion and many schools in Chicago go to visit it for annual field trips as well as schools around the country. This museum is very educational as well as exciting.

   Omnimax

    The Omnimax theater has a dome like scream that goes over head of the viewers while the seats lean back in an obtuse angle. The theater has many different films to view such as; African Adventure 3D: Safari in the Okavango, Dinosaurs Alive! 3D, Sea Monsters 3D Prehistoric Adventure, and Sharks 3D.

 

Farm Tech

    The Farm Tech exhibit was full of tractors, model cows, and even a small film about how to birth a calf. We even got to look at how much a cow number 2's everyday.  We saw how the farmers milk cows by machine and even got to try it out on model cows.

Baby Chick Hatchery

 

The Chick Hatchery Exhibit was an exhibit where we got to see new born hatched chicks. Then, to the left of that exhibit there were normal sized chicks.
