Shedd Aquarium

On the shores of Lake Michigan lies the aquatic wonderland that is Shedd Aquarium.

Visitors can explore the many different water habitats through the different exhibits at the aquarium.

At Shedd Aquarium visitors can see exhibits from around the world. The exhibits are not limited to the creatures who live in the water. There are land animals included in the exhibits, but these land animals normally live around water and are content to live in the exhibits. In the picture below you will see a Grand Cayman Blue Iguana from the Grand Cayman Islands.

While visitors are at Shedd Aquarium they can enjoy a marine mammal presentation. The dolphins enjoy showing off for the spectators. The tricks the dolphins do are not taught to them by their trainers. The trainers merely teach them when to do their tricks.

The Shedd Aquarium has a vast variety of marine life.

From Blue Iguanas to Sea Horses, if it lives in the water you can find it at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, Illinois.
